If you are not home when the order is delivered, our courier will do their best to leave the package in a safe place. We don't accept any liability for the treatment or handling of your order once we've left it at the delivery location.

We care about our planet so have taken care to only use recyclable, biodegradable or compostable packaging.

As our baked goods are made fresh to order, we do recommend consumption within 2 weeks for most products. Keep this time-frame into account when ordering ahead for a gift or special occasion.

Sure can, Personal messages are complimentary, under each product you have the option to add a special note that we'll include in the box.

Yes! Our Mystery Flavour Box can be sent out the same day if ordered by 11am otherwise orders after 11am will be sent out the next business day

Your box of Delectables will be around 3-5 business days for residential or commercial addresses, and 5-6 business days for rural addresses. Please Note all shipping orders will be sent out on the following Thursday after you make your order.

Unfortunately not, deliveries are restricted to our courier company’s schedule.

As the products are fresh and edible we do not accept returns, but if you are not happy with the quality or condition of the products on arrival, please let us know immediately.

If the order has not been processed we will happily make the changes to the order, and provide a partial of full refund where applicable
